This week some exciting new groups have launched on WycombeNetwork.
A big welcome to the WYSPAS
group.The Wycombe Society for the Performing Arts. The
Community Party and Creative Showcase group is for people
who want to get involved in exhibiting, performing and volunteering
to help at the the event happening on the 5th and 6th December.
Please become a member of the group to receive regular up-dates on
how to get involved. Credit
Crunch is a new group for members to share ideas on how to
beat the recession. One way to beat the recession is to sell some
items you don't need in the new FREE
CLASSIFIED ADS section. Artist
Market is a new group now open for local artists to sell
their art works and craft works to network members and beyond. If
you want to access any information on the site remember to use the
search bar at the top. There is also a new News
Archive group where you can find prior front page stories.

To 11th October 08 On Saturday 1st November between 9am and 2pm you are invited to visit St Johns in Desborough Rd to find out how the church could become Wycombe's new Centre for Creativity. Members of Arts4Every1 will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. ARTS4EVERY1 LAUNCH CREATIVE CENTRE COMPETITION If you are an artist, painter, illustrator, photographer, digital artist, film maker, writer, poet, playwright, actor, producer, director, lighting engineer, sound recordist we need you to attend on this day too! We need creative people from all disciplines to use their skills to capture the essence of the building and how it could used in the future. You then have a month to finalise your ideas and submit them for display at the Community Party and Creative Showcase event on the 5th and 6th December at St Johns. Prizes will be awarded for the best entries. More details to follow! Your help, artwork, music, dance, drama and more... The Arts4Every1 Community Party and Creative Showcase at St Johns on December 5th and 6th is in place and now we need help from the Wycombe community to make it happen! Please note this event was agreed at the Creative Centre Forum as a way to keep the momentum going towards buying St Johns for the communities of Wycombe, so we need you to help...please! Here are the groups that need your help, support, involvement and committment
1. Artist Exhibition - your artwork and craft needed
2. Performance Showcase - your drama, music and dance needed
3. Community Showcase - your group needed
4. Creative Centre Designs Competition - your ideas needed
5. Arts4Every1 Volunteer Group - your help needed
